As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below and are sent from Germany via DHL. Delivery abroad may be made via the local parcel or postal service provider. All shipments are sent with tracking.

If you would like to ship to another country, please write to us
an order send an email to anja@unartick.com and please tell us the article(s)
with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code.
We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country
and you – should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible -
the shipping costs, as we will check the shipping options and costs in advance with
our shipping partner.

Delivery time

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the following delivery times apply:

Germany: 2-4 working days
EU/Europe: 7-21 working days
other destinations: 10-30 working days

If items with different delivery times are ordered, they will be shipped in one delivery. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
